Blender Pancakes

A favourite in our house. Kids eat them about 3-4 times per week and they are packed with all the goodness to start off their day!

I cut off at the end of the video, but I will add in DARK chocolate chips most days because kids love it!😍

R e c i p e:
1 egg
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup egg whites
1 medium banana
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
5 small dates or 3 big ones
Half a handful baby spinach
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbl chia seeds
2 tbl plain yoghurt

This makes about 4 large pancakes, enough for the kids and me🌱
