Kefir Popsicles
Kefir popsicles have been a hit the past couple of weeks and the kids ask us for them all the time! Sharing because I found it super simple to incorporate into our kids diet AND the health benefits are crazy good!🌿
We try to aim for eating foods that are as close to “alive” as possible and do not add a probiotic pill to our kids diets.
Kefir is arguably the best probiotic for ones gut, and I find my kids love drinking it. It is proven to fight against tumors, harmful microbes, carcinogens and more. Kefir is a powerhouse of good bacteria for your gut.
We add it to smoothies, drink it plain or make popsicles.🤍
